Terms and Conditions

These terms apply whenever you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you accept them. We have kept them short and readable — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

1. Who you are buying from

The Good Wall Co (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and sells posters, wall art, and home decor prints.

2. Who can order

Age — you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to place an order.

Accurate details — please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may not be able to replace it free of charge.

Your account — if you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.

3. Our prints

Options and price — each listing shows the material and size options available. Your choice changes the final price, and the full price is always shown before you pay.

Colour and finish — product images are photographs or digital previews. Screens vary, and printed colour will never match a screen exactly. Frames, mounts and styling shown in a preview are for illustration and are not included unless the listing says so.

Sizes — dimensions are approximate and refer to the printed sheet. Small variations are normal in printing and are not defects.

Availability and errors — a listing is an invitation to order, not an offer. We may correct pricing or listing mistakes, and we may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — if a print is unavailable or a listing contained a clear error. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in your selected currency (USD) and exclude tax. Your order is charged in the currency shown at checkout. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Placing an order

When the contract starts — the confirmation we send after checkout acknowledges your order; it is not yet acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched.

Payment — taken at checkout through the methods shown on the checkout page. We never see or store your full card details; payments are handled by our payment providers.

Fraud — we may cancel and refund an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, payment-card testing, or a breach of these terms.

6. Delivery

Where we ship — we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and how many prints you order, and the exact amount is always shown before you pay.

Timing — prints are made to order, so any delivery estimate covers production plus transit. Estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will always help you chase a late parcel.

Missing parcels — risk passes to you on delivery. If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, tell us within 14 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

7. Returns and refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us with your order number, we email you a prepaid return label — usually within one business day, and once the print arrives back we refund you in full to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If a print arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo of the print and the packaging and we will put it right — you do not need to return it first.

Cancelling before dispatch — contact us as soon as you can. We can usually cancel before production starts, but not once printing has begun.

8. Intellectual property

Our site — the layout, text and branding on this website belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

What you buy — buying a print gives you the physical item for personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer copyright or any licence in the artwork, and you may not reproduce, resell or use the artwork commercially.

Copyright complaints — if you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work, and confirmation that you hold the rights. We review every report and remove infringing listings promptly.

9. Using our site

Please do not use this site to break the law, to scrape or bulk-download our catalogue, to interfere with how the site runs, or to attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

If you post a review or other content, you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone’s rights, and you allow us to display it here. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

10. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under federal or state law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Privacy and changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order, and changes are posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Texas have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live.
