1. Who we are

The Good Wall Co (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and sells posters, wall art, and home decor prints. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] or +1 (928) 730-7086.

2. Personal data we collect

Account and order information — when you create an account, place an order, or check out as a guest, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and details about what you purchased. We use this to fulfill orders, communicate with you, and provide support.

Payment information — payments are processed securely by our payment providers, WooCommerce Payments (Stripe) and PayPal. We never store your full card number or CVC on our servers; that’s handled directly by our payment processors.

Contact form — if you write to us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond.

Automatically collected information — like most websites, we collect your IP address, browser type, device info, and pages viewed, for security, analytics, and to keep things like your shopping cart working correctly.

3. Cookies

Cookies help the site function and let us understand how it’s used — keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences, and measuring traffic. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, though disabling them may prevent checkout from working correctly.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Payment processors (Stripe / WooCommerce Payments, PayPal) — to securely process your payment.
  • Printing and fulfillment partners — your name and shipping address, to produce and ship your order.
  • Google (Listings & Ads) — product and order data, to list our products on Google Shopping and measure ad performance.
  • Spam and security services (Akismet, Jetpack) — to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Legal requirements — if required to comply with the law or protect our rights.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain order information as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete it (where we’re not required to keep it, e.g. for tax records), or object to certain uses.

EU/EEA visitors have these rights under the GDPR. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and request its deletion — we do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Children’s privacy

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

10. YouTube API Services

We use YouTube API Services to upload our own product videos to our own YouTube channel. By watching or interacting with our YouTube content you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Our internal upload tool only accesses our own channel (to upload videos and read the channel name). It does not access, collect, store or share any data of other YouTube users. The access token is stored only on our own computer and can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page; revoking access or disconnecting the tool deletes the stored token immediately, and we keep no other YouTube data.
