William Morris Exhibition – V&A Museum Poster
A William Morris exhibition poster reproduction from the Victoria and Albert Museum in the style of London Underground design.
Description
This is a reproduction of an exhibition poster from the Victoria and Albert Museum celebrating William Morris, the influential designer and founder of the Arts and Crafts movement. Rendered in the graphic language of London Underground posters, it combines Morris's legacy with the bold, accessible style that made tube design iconic.
Museum posters work well above a desk, in a study, or along a hallway where art history and design history live together. Frame it simply in black or natural wood to let the poster graphic do the talking, and hang it where there is enough wall space to see the letterforms clearly.
Design students, Arts and Crafts enthusiasts, and anyone who collects museum posters are the buyers. It suits a housewarming for someone moving into a first apartment, or a present for a friend who has been to London and visited the V&A.
