Wetterhorn Aufzug Grindelwald Glacier Vintage Swiss Cable Car Poster
A cable line climbs the sheer rock face of the Wetterhorn above the Upper Grindelwald Glacier in this striking vintage Swiss poster. The little orange cable car in the inset circle is pure Alpine nostalgia.
Description
Advertising the Wetterhorn cable lift at the Oberer Grindelwaldgletscher in the Bernese Oberland, this vintage poster shows the daring cable route rising up the mountain wall past icefalls and crags. A circular inset highlights the small red cable car that carried visitors skyward. A must have for collectors of Swiss travel posters and mountain memorabilia.
