Victorian Teddy Bear Portrait, Grandmillennial Nursery Decor
A pink Victorian teddy bear rendered as a portrait for heirloom-style nursery and baby room decor.
Description
A teddy bear sits as the subject of this portrait, worked in Victorian style with a pink palette. The formal portraiture treatment gives a plush toy the gravitas usually reserved for people, which is what makes it feel both whimsical and heirloom-worthy.
Nurseries and baby rooms are the natural fit, and it also works in a young child's bedroom as they get older. The soft pink plays well with white walls, pale wood, and gold or brass frames that echo the Victorian mood.
New parents and grandparents shopping for a first nursery are the audience, along with anyone drawn to the Grandmillennial blend of vintage and modern. It suits a baby shower, a birth announcement, or a christening gift that will hang for years.
