Hand-painted tile art celebrating Vasto in Abruzzo Italy. A rich cobalt and gold sunflower medallion makes a warm statement piece.
Description
This travel art print from the Collection of National Tiles pairs the city of Vasto with a richly detailed maiolica medallion. A golden sunflower blooms at the center of a cobalt-blue field, wrapped in scrolling acanthus leaves in gold, teal and rust. The crisp white surround and bold serif place name give it a clean gallery look. A beautiful gift for Italy lovers or anyone building a Mediterranean gallery wall.
