Vallotton Interior Woman in Red 1903 on Chaise with Black Cat Poster
A woman in a red gown reclining on a green chaise beside a black cat, Paris rooftops beyond the window.
Description
A richly detailed take on Vallotton's 1903 Intérieur avec femme en rouge: a woman in a flowing red gown reclines on a green velvet chaise, a black cat sitting watch at her feet, with Paris rooftops and wrought-iron balconies beyond the tall windows. Textured, tapestry-like brushwork fills the scene. VALLOTTON / INTÉRIEUR AVEC FEMME EN ROUGE / 1903 / Paris France typography completes the look.
