Val Thorens Winter Sports Poster, French Alps
Val Thorens in the French Alps rendered in the style of a vintage ski adventure poster.
Description
Val Thorens and the French Alps are handled in the flat color and confident lettering of a mid-century ski poster. The design simplifies the landscape into bold shapes, which is exactly what gives vintage travel posters their graphic power and lasting appeal.
Stair walls, hallways, and mudrooms take posters like this well, and it also suits a ski house or a den. It pairs naturally with other alpine or ski-themed posters hung as a gallery wall or a single strong focal point.
Skiers who know Val Thorens, alpine enthusiasts, and French ski culture fans are the audience. Give it to someone marking a trip to the resort, or to a friend building a collection of vintage ski and mountain posters.
