Touring Club de France Algeria Tunisia Camel Desert Travel Poster
An evocative railway travel poster from the Touring Club de France showing a camel rider crossing the Sahara toward Algerian and Tunisian wonders.
Description
Issued by the Touring Club de France for voyages to Algeria and Tunisia, this poster pairs a lone camel rider in the dunes with a vignette of Roman ruins. Warm desert tones and period typography make it a rich piece of travel nostalgia. A must for collectors of French railway and North Africa travel art.
