The Zebra Congo Portuguese Vintage Swedish Matchbox Label Poster
A zebra strides across this vintage Swedish matchbox label made for the Congo market. Historic Portuguese trade art with bold red lettering.
Description
The Zebra matchbox label was printed in Sweden for the Portuguese Congo company, and this design shows a zebra on an African plain under bold red lettering. Its banner of Portuguese text and classic trade-mark styling tell a rich colonial-era story. A striking conversation piece for vintage advertising and safari-themed decor.
