Thatched Fishing Village by Blue Bay with Woman Gardening Poster
Thatched roofs cluster above a blue bay in this warm Japanese village print, where a woman tends her vegetable plot in the foreground. Full of daily life.
Description
This rich Japanese woodblock print looks over a fishing village of thatched and tiled roofs toward a vivid blue bay and a wooded headland. In the foreground a woman in a blue kimono hoes a vegetable garden beside a stone wall and a small shrine. The saturated greens and blues feel abundant and alive. A wonderful piece for a kitchen or family room.
