Retro Vintage Swordfish Poster, Ocean Fish Art
A swordfish with its long bill rendered in retro vintage style as bold abstract ocean fish art.
Description
The swordfish here is drawn in a retro vintage manner, its long bill giving the design its line. The abstract handling simplifies the fish into shape and color, and the vintage finish suggests an older sporting print without copying one.
It suits a den, a dining room, a beach house hallway, or a study with nautical decor. It sits well beside other fish prints and holds its own above a bar or sideboard.
Anglers, deep-sea fishing fans, and collectors of retro poster art are the buyers. Consider it a gift for someone with a boat, or a present for a friend furnishing a place near the coast. It also suits a retirement gift for someone whose plans start and end with a boat and a quiet morning.
