Description
This vintage poster advertises the Regata Bragozzi, held on 31 July (year XVI) between Chioggia and Venice under the auspices of the Giornale d'Italia. The artwork centers on a bragozzo, the traditional Chioggian fishing boat, its great orange sails full of wind against the Venice skyline. Organized by the Dopolavoro Provinciale Venezia, it captures a celebrated Adriatic sailing tradition. A wonderful wall piece for sailors and Italophiles.
