Philippine Air Lines Orient Star Philippines Vintage Airline Poster
A striking vintage airline poster for Philippine Air Lines and its Orient Star route. Manila sits at the crossroads of routes to Asia, Europe and America.
Description
This vintage poster shows the Philippines as the 'Crossroads of the Orient', with planes radiating from Manila to China, Japan, the USA, Europe, Australia, Indonesia and Hong Kong. The 'Route of the Orient Star' is printed below the Philippine Air Lines name. The deep red and green design is pure mid-century travel art. A standout for aviation collectors.
