Papiers Decoupes Matisse Fruit Line Art Exhibition Poster Paris 1953
Nine hand-drawn fruits in Matisse’s line style, headed ‘PAPIERS DECOUPES’ — a charming Paris 1953 gallery print.
Description
This exhibition-style poster gathers nine simple fruit sketches — papaya, pear, lemon, avocado, peach, and fig — in the loose ink-line manner of Henri Matisse, crowned by the title 'PAPIERS DECOUPES'. Signed 'H. MATISSE, Paris, 1953' with a 14 rue Bonaparte caption, it carries true vintage gallery charm. Lovely for kitchens, dining rooms, and French-inspired spaces.
