Two white swans glide past dark reeds on black water in this circa 1920 Japanese woodblock print by Ohara Koson. Elegant and mysterious, it glows against the darkness.
Description
This nocturnal kacho-e print renders two swans in creamy white against a deep black night, their rippled reflections trailing below. Tall reeds frame the scene at left with the artist's signature and seal. A refined, gallery-worthy piece for modern and classic interiors.
