Ohara Koson Five Seagulls Above Rock in the Sea 1933 Art Poster Decor
A Japanese woodblock print of five seagulls in flight above stylized waves breaking on a dark rock.
Description
This art print reproduces Ohara Koson's 1933 design of five seagulls soaring over a pink morning sky and deep blue waves. Delicate linework and soft color gradations show the shin-hanga mastery of bird-and-flower subjects. An elegant piece for Japanese art collectors.
