A festive 1924 Montreux poster for the Fête des Narcisses with the Vienna Opera ballets showing a giant white flower peacock above a flower parade on Lake Geneva.
Description
The poster also advertises the Festival Byron of 27 28 and 30 May placed under the high patronage of H.M. the King of England and the President of the Swiss Confederation. Costumed crowds parade along the lake beneath snowcapped mountains. A rich slice of 1920s Swiss festival history.
