Jackson Pollock The She Wolf Abstract Expressionist Art Poster
Pollock’s early masterpiece The She-Wolf fuses myth and raw gesture in fiery orange and black.
Description
Jackson Pollock's 1943 The She-Wolf shows a ghostly white beast emerging from dense layers of black, ochre and red. The work marks his leap from surrealism toward the all-over abstraction that made him famous. A landmark of modern art in rich dark tones.
