Iraq Vintage Airline Travel Poster Iraqi Airways Middle East Art
A vintage Iraqi Airways travel poster celebrating Iraq with a belly dancer in pink, a palm-lined river boat and ancient carved reliefs. Bold Arabic and English lettering makes it a striking piece of Middle Eastern aviation art.
Description
This mid-century airline travel poster was issued by Iraqi Airways to promote travel to Iraq. The artwork pairs a dancing figure in flowing pink robes with palm trees, a river market boat and carved relief figures against a warm sun. Large IRAQ lettering in both Arabic and English anchors the design above the airline's name. A beautiful piece of aviation and travel memorabilia for collectors of Middle Eastern art.
