Gustave Courbet Riverside Reading by the Seine Bridge 1856 Poster
Two women read on the riverbank with a Seine bridge and dome behind them. A literary Courbet 1856 Paris scene.
Description
This poster presents Gustave Courbet's "Young Ladies on the Banks of the Seine" (1856): two women in green and floral dresses sit reading beneath riverside trees, a stone bridge and domed Paris landmark rising across the water. The blend of literature, fashion and cityscape is irresistible. A refined print for studies and living rooms.
