Folies Bergere Kangourou Boxeur Boxing Kangaroo French Poster
A boxing kangaroo spars with a mustachioed trainer in this 1890s Folies-Bergere show poster. Quirky Parisian cabaret history on the wall.
Description
The 'Kangourou Boxeur' of the Folies-Bergere takes center stage in this 1890s French lithograph poster. A boxing kangaroo in gloves faces off against a striped-shirt trainer while bold red lettering proclaims the newest Parisian spectacle. A wonderfully odd piece of vintage advertising for collectors of French cabaret and circus art.
