Eureka Lemon Halves Antique Pomological Watercolor 1913 Art Poster
Two halved “Eureka” lemons, one a pointed “sporting type,” painted by E. J. Schutt in July 1913.
Description
This detailed pomological plate shows the segmented interiors of two lemon halves in pale green and gold watercolor. The artist's notes distinguish a "shaped" sporting lemon from a standard one, from Corona, California. Intriguing vintage citrus science art for kitchens and collectors.
