Eugene Boudin Trouville Sunset Silhouettes Seafront 1864 Poster
Two women silhouetted against a sunset sea in Boudin’s dramatic 1864 Trouville painting.
Description
Two women stand in silhouette against a flaming sunset sea at Trouville in this 1864 painting by Eugène Boudin. The grand seafront hotel rises behind them as the sky burns pink and gold. The poster-style print frames the scene in black with the artist's name, year and place — dramatic, romantic Normandy sunset art.
