Edgar Degas The Bellelli Family Portrait Painting Masterpiece Poster
Degas’ striking family portrait of his aunt, her two daughters and her husband in a somber interior.
Description
This reproduction of The Bellelli Family shows Degas' aunt in black with her daughters in white pinafores while her husband sits apart at his desk. The tense, formal composition makes it one of the most psychologically rich family portraits ever painted. A compelling piece of Impressionist-era portraiture.
