Col du Grand St Bernard Chamonix PLM Autocars Vintage Alps Travel Poster
The Col du Grand St Bernard by PLM motor coach from Chamonix, with the saint’s statue overlooking a golden alpine lake. A Roger Broders classic of French travel art.
Description
This poster advertises the Tour du Mont Blanc by PLM coaches, showing the pass's famous statue silhouetted against glowing peaks and still water. Broders' luminous colour gives the high Alps a near-sacred calm. A distinguished piece for Alpine collectors and lovers of classic French travel art.
