Description
This poster reproduction of Cézanne's 'The Basket of Apples' (1893) sets a wicker basket of red and golden apples on a table draped with a bold geometric patchwork cloth, in Provence, France. The framed print carries 'CEZANNE' lettering, the 1893 date, and 'Provence, France' and 'The Basket of Apples' captions. The cubist-feeling cloth gives this classic still life a striking modern edge.
