Broadway Travel Poster, New York City Gift
A New York City Broadway theater scene rendered in the style of a classic vintage travel poster.
Description
Broadway comes through as a mid-century travel poster, with the theater district's energy captured in flat color and bold lettering. The composition is simplified in the way that gives vintage posters their confidence and charm, making the subject readable from across a room.
Stair walls and hallways suit posters like this one, as do studies, home offices, and entertainment rooms. It pairs well with other travel and New York City posters hung as a gallery wall, or stands alone as a statement piece above a console.
Theater lovers, New York City fans, and Broadway enthusiasts are the natural audience. Give it to someone who has seen a show on the Great White Way, or to anyone building a travel-poster collection one state and city at a time.
