Bamburgh Northumberland LNER Vintage Beach Castle Railway Poster
Bamburgh Northumberland by LNER shows the castle above a wide golden beach under a red evening sky. Quintessential British railway poster art.
Description
Issued by the London and North Eastern Railway, this poster depicts Bamburgh on the Northumberland coast: the castle on its headland, a sweeping curve of beach and tiny holidaymakers in the sun. The flat, luminous colors are classic British railway poster design. A lovely piece for fans of the English coast and railway history.
