Akasakamitsuke Tokyo Rain Bridge Cherry Blossoms Woodblock Poster
Rain slants over a Tokyo bridge while cherry blossoms blow in the wind in this 1930 Noel Nouet print. A moody beloved view of Akasakamitsuke.
Description
Noel Nouet, the French artist who fell in love with Tokyo, shows Akasakamitsuke in a spring shower with petals scattering across the river. The arched bridge and dark pines stand out against the pale rain-washed sky. A romantic piece of vintage Tokyo.
