Air France Paris Concorde Fountain Eiffel Tower Vintage Travel Poster
An Air France poster for Paris, proclaiming Paris Is Two Thousands Years Old, with the Place de la Concorde fountain beneath a giant Gallic warrior’s profile.
Description
The Eiffel Tower stands at the right while an Air France airliner crosses a blazing yellow sky. A monumental Gallic head in profile recalls the city's ancient roots behind the splashing fountain. It is a dramatic example of golden-age French airline advertising.
