Abstract Woman Sitting On A Chair, Figurative Art Print
A woman sits in a colorful dress, rendered in modern figurative style as a study of form and color.
Description
A woman seated in a colorful dress becomes the focus of this modern figurative painting. The emphasis falls on color and form rather than fine portraiture, with the figure treated as shape and composition first.
Living rooms and bedrooms work well for a piece like this, especially walls with neutral backgrounds that let the color read clearly. It pairs easily with other figurative work in a gallery arrangement or stands alone as a focal point.
Art collectors drawn to contemporary figurative work are the audience, along with anyone building a wall around the human form. It makes a solid present for someone furnishing a bedroom or studio, or for a friend who collects modern portraiture.
