A Burial at Ornans Crowd Facing the Valley 1850 Courbet Poster
A vast crowd of mourners seen from behind facing a bright valley, as a Courbet art poster.
Description
An unusual, luminous take on A Burial at Ornans: a vast crowd of black-clad mourners seen from behind, facing a bright misty valley between cliffs and rooftops. The black border is printed with COURBET, 1850 and ORNANS FRANCE. The contrast of darkness and light makes this a hauntingly beautiful fine-art print.
