London England Travel Poster, Illustration
London captured in the style of a classic travel poster, rendered as an illustration of the English city.
Description
London is handled in the flat, confident style of a vintage travel poster, simplified and graphic rather than photographic. The illustration reads as mid-century in feel, with lettering and composition that belong to the golden age of travel art.
Stair walls and hallways suit posters like this well, and it works in an entry, a study, or anywhere travel memories live on the wall. Hang it in a row with other city or country posters to build a travel gallery.
London travelers and vintage poster collectors are the audience, along with anyone with a soft spot for the city. It marks a trip well as a present, or starts a travel-poster wall someone will keep adding to.
