Weihnachtskarte 1912 Wiener Werkstatte Christmas Card Art Poster
A 1912 Wiener Werkstätte Christmas card shows a snowy village with a lone traveler. Historic Viennese design from the Wien Museum.
Description
This historic poster reproduces a 1912 ‘Weihnachtskarte’ by C. Krenek for the Wiener Werkstätte, postcard number 763. A solitary figure crosses a snow-covered bridge beneath frosted trees and warm-lit houses. The graphic, woodcut-like style captures early Viennese modernism. A rare and charming piece for Christmas collectors and design historians.
