Scotland Highland Dancers Fly BOAC Airline Vintage Travel Poster
A bold BOAC airline poster for Scotland, showing Highland dancers mid-step in red tartan kilts against a deep teal ground with small aircraft crossing the sky.
Description
Issued by the British Overseas Airways Corporation, this graphic poster turns Scottish dancing into modernist design. Three dancers in kilts, sporrans and argyle hose leap across the composition while twin planes trace white routes below. The flat color blocks and huge SCOTLAND lettering make it a striking retro travel piece.
