Washington DC Black And White Photography, Travel Poster
A black and white photograph of the DC Metro subway system, capturing the urban architecture of Metro Center station.
Description
The DC Metro subway system is rendered in black and white photography, with the geometric lines and architectural detail of Metro Center station as the focus. The style is documentary rather than romantic, letting the station's structure carry the image.
Urban photography prints work well in entryways, hallways, and home offices, and they pair naturally with travel posters or other city prints hung as a group. The neutral black and white palette sits easily with any wall color.
Visitors who have ridden the Metro, DC residents, and urban photographers are the audience. Give it to someone who commutes through that station, or to a friend who collects transit and city architecture from places they have traveled.
