1. What shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate per order. US orders ship for one flat fee no matter how many prints; for other destinations a small amount is added for each additional print. The exact figure is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — you will never be surprised at the last step.

DestinationDelivery timeFirst itemEach extra item
United States (US)5–10 business days$4.99—
Canada5–10 business days$8.99—
Japan, United Kingdom (UK), Brazil5–10 business days$9.99—
Australia, Sweden, New Zealand, Singapore5–10 business days$12.99—
Europe8–15 business days$15.99—
Everywhere else15–30 business days$19.99+$3.00

Prints ordered together travel in the same tube wherever possible, which is why extra prints add little or nothing to the shipping cost.

2. How long it takes

Delivery — every timeframe we quote is door-to-door and already includes production time. US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase; international times vary by destination and customs — see the table above.

Production — every print is made to order: 2–4 business days of that window go to printing and quality checks before your parcel is handed to the carrier.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections are outside our control, but we will always help you chase a late parcel.

3. How your print is packed

Prints ship rolled in a rigid tube with protective end caps. Rolled prints travel far better than flat ones — no bent corners, no creases. Allow a day or two flat under a book before framing and any curl will settle out.

4. Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us — that usually means the parcel needs a nudge, and we would rather chase it early than late.

5. Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees set by your own country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are payable by you on delivery. We cannot predict the amount — your local customs office can.

Refusing a parcel to avoid these charges is treated as a return, and the conditions on our Returns & Refunds page apply.

6. Wrong address, missing parcels

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may not be able to replace it free of charge. Tell us straight away if you spot a mistake — we can usually fix it before printing starts.

Marked delivered but nothing arrived? Check with neighbours and your building’s mail room first, then contact us within 14 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

Arrived damaged? Send us a photo of the print and the tube and we will put it right. You do not need to send it back first.

7. Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change the address, swap a size or cancel entirely before production starts — but not once printing has begun. After delivery, our 7-day returns policy applies.

Need it by a certain date? Ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it. Contact us →
