Jean Honore Fragonard The Swing Garden Romance Rococo Art Poster
Fragonard’s The Swing sends a young woman soaring through a lush garden as her lover watches from the bushes. It is the defining image of the rococo.
Description
Pink silk billows around the laughing woman on the swing while cherubs and an older man complete the playful scene. Fragonard's feathery brushwork and dappled light make this a masterpiece of flirtation. An iconic print for romantic and elegant interiors.
