Big Bend National Park – Vintage Travel Poster
A Texas landscape rendered in the style of a vintage travel poster celebrating Big Bend National Park.
Description
Big Bend National Park in Texas is handled in the flat color and simplified forms of a mid-century travel poster. The landscape captures the park's distinctive terrain without fine detail, which is exactly what gives the vintage style its graphic strength.
Stair walls and hallways display posters like this beautifully, and it also suits a study, mudroom, or entryway near hiking boots and gear. Hung in a row with other park and state posters, it gains even more impact.
Hikers who have trekked Big Bend, Texas natives, and outdoor enthusiasts building a park-poster wall are the natural audience. Give it as a memento after a trip, or to a friend who collects travel posters from places they plan to visit.
