Ohara Koson Two Koi Carp Fish Swimming Japanese Vintage Art Poster
Ohara Koson’s serene koi study: a dark carp and a pale orange companion glide through still water. Soft, graceful, and full of quiet movement.
Description
This vintage Japanese print by Ohara Koson depicts two carp — one deep gray, one blush orange — swimming in calm, barely tinted water. The delicate rendering of scales and fins against the empty ground gives the fish a sense of slow, weightless motion. Koi symbolize perseverance and good fortune, making this a meaningful piece for living rooms, offices, and tranquil spaces, and a thoughtful gift for fish keepers and feng shui enthusiasts.
